SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Introduction

​

  • This Delivery Policy ("Delivery Policy") is only valid for products purchased from www.notgoodenough.co.za 

  • This Delivery Policy has been developed to ensure the accurate and secure delivery of all purchases according to the customer's delivery needs. 

  • This Delivery Policy forms part of the agreement between www.notgoodenough.co.za and its customers.

 

This Delivery Policy should be read together with the website Terms and Conditions (if applicable).

Delivery Procedure 

​

  • Once an order has been received and confirmed, no changes to the specified address and/or delivery option will be accepted, unless specifically acknowledged as being accepted by us.

  • After payment has been made and your order has been packed and a collection has been scheduled, the customer will receive a tracking code, which they can use to track the delivery.

  • Orders will be delivered between 8:30-18:00 on weekdays.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the the customer to ensure that someone is available to receive the order once it has reached the delivery address.

  • If no one is present at the address when the delivery is attempted, the products will be retained and a new arrangement, at an additional cost, may be made to deliver the order. 

  • The person receiving the order is required to sign a delivery note as proof that the order has been delivered. 

  • Before signing the delivery note, the person receiving is required to check the contents of the order received against the delivery note to ensure that the products are not damaged or missing any products.

  • Once the person has signed and agreed that the order is correct, undamaged and in good condition, the customer will not have a claim for any incomplete/ missing orders.

Delivery Areas 

​

  • We deliver within South Africa and internationally.

  • Customers are required to provide their physical address for delivery and contact details before completing their purchase. Products will be delivered to the physical address specified by the customer.

Delivery Fees

​

  • Delivery fees are calculated on checkout, based on a flat rate.

​

Delivery Methods

​

  • Orders will be delivered using a courier(s) of our choice.

​

Delivery Time Frame 

​

  • Without considering or being affected by external factors, local orders within South Africa will be delivered to the customer within 1-10 days (normally 3-5 working days) unless a product is on pre-order or back order after the order has been received and confirmed.

  • Without considering or being affected by external factors, orders outside of South Africa will take approximately 5-14 to be delivered the the delivery address

Collection

​

  • In certain instances we permit collection of orders from customers, and in such instances no delivery fee will apply.

  • Should a customer wish to do this, they are required to specify that during the checkout process.

Disclaimer 

​

  • We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the products, purchase price and delivery charges of products on the website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the website (which are not due to our fault), we shall not be liable to make good on a transaction based on any error, apart from refunding any monies paid by the customer to the us.

  • We will not be liable if delivery does not occur within the time frame mentioned in this Delivery Policy and cannot be liable for any loss occasioned by the delay in delivery. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, unaltered or unused, with the original NOTGOODENOUGH (PTY) LTD. tags, and in its original NOTGOODENOUGH (PTY) LTD. packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase information.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

​

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned namely, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch at info@notgoodenough.co.za if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

​

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

EXCHANGES


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

​

REFUNDS

​

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive and process your return. You will obtain a notification at every stage of the return process.
